Was formed in 2003 by Edward (Buster) Ingham and is now owned by me and my lovely wife Lupita I moved to San Carlos from Quebec Canada to live here full time in 1990 my intent was to work in the mining exploration business witch included selling mining claims and mineral wrights, witch I had been doing all my adult live, but one thing is for sure ,everything will change.

So.. I stared dabbling in real estate a few years latter but was unsuccessful About 2003 I decided to once again start a realty company. This time with much more experience and understanding of how do business in Mexico and more specific in San Carlos everything has come together.

I have been selling property and homes full time for over 8 years and my  wife has been helping me for over 2 years, Her being a local person has been a great benefit to RPM as she is used to dealing with local business people and government agencies.
